This Bankruptcy Refiling Fee Protection Plan (the “Plan”) is being provided through FilingProtect.com (the “Service Provider”). The Plan will only reimburse the filer(s) once for their court re-filing fee. The Plan will also reimburse the filer(s) once for their bankruptcy credit counseling registration fee. It will not cover any other costs or fees such as, but not limited to, legal fees, attorney fees or any other costs other than the one-time court re-filing fee. The Service Provider may require additional verifications or information before accepting any plans. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject a plan for any reason. The Service Provider may take up to 14 days to approve the plan request. The Plan payment will be collected by the Agency on behalf of the Service Provider and will be processed upon the Service Provider’s approval of the plan request.
Filers must follow all required bankruptcy filing and/or discharge processes with their attorneys and/or courts such as, but not limited to, submitting all required documents in a correct, complete and timely manner, submitting credit counseling and debtor education certificates of completion in a correct, complete and timely manner.
This Plan does not reimburse filers for court refiling fees due to negligence, fraud, and/or incorrect legal advice from any party. This Plan does not reimburse filers for refiling fees due to actions by trustees, judges, attorneys, and/or creditors. This Plan does not reimburse filers for fraud and/or errors such as incorrectly reported income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and debts. The Plan expires 365 days after the purchase date.
